Group Fitness Classes
Our groups are usually 4-8 people, and we offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels.
It's an amazing vibe to be in a small group class, the music is bumping, smiles and laughter between circuits, friendships are made, and sweat is guaranteed.

Sports Clinics
Our sport specific training and clinics will develop and enhance your athletic performance. Training your speed, agility, footwork, reactivity, core, explosiveness, strength and power. The results will instantly give your young athlete an edge over their competition.
Currently we're working with basketball, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis, sword fighting, and sporting clay shooting. We will design a program to fit any athlete and any sport.
We work with athletes starting at 8 years old up to high school, college, and the professional level.

AJ is a true Tucson local having graduated from Sabino HS and the University of Arizona. When he's not training, you will likely see him officiating basketball or football in the Tucson area. AJ specializes in functional training of athletes by providing plyometric, strength and aerobic fitness sessions. He also offers 1 on 1, team and group training classes.

Kylie is a wife, a mother and exercise enthusiast native to the Tucson area. She attended Seattle Pacific University playing college volleyball and majoring in Biology. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at NAU in 2015. Her physical therapy background allows for her to make movement modifications and help with injury prevention. She works with helping develop volleyball players, runs group fitness classes and 1 on 1 personal training sessions. Injury prevention screenings are also available upon request for young athletes. Her goal is to get you to love moving and be your strongest, most confident self.
